A diver's diver
Mara took an Open Water class on a whim in 2023 and has been rearranging her weekends around quarry visibility reports ever since.
She came up through Steel City Scuba and never really left, logging most of her dives at Bainbridge and White Star with the same loose crew of regulars.
These days Mara is the friend who texts the group chat at 6am asking who's free for a quarry morning.
Off the clock she shoots wide-angle on a little compact rig, keeps a meticulous paper logbook out of habit, and is the unofficial trip photographer.
